When can I expect to receive my purchase?
All packages ship free within 2-3 business days after purchase. Items are shipped using USPS with tracking numbers. If you need to receive your purchase more quickly, please ask about expedited shipping prior to purchase. 

Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. Shipping is limited only to the United States.

Lost, stolen or returned packages
Buyers are responsible for confirming the shipping address entered is accurate, and a safe and secure location for delivery. If an incorrect address was entered at checkout, or a package is returned, the buyer is responsible for the cost to have the item re-shipped. Returned or undeliverable packages can take several weeks or longer to be received. Transit times depend on your location and are completely in the hands of the shipping carrier.


RETURNS

Can I return a purchase if it doesn’t fit or I don’t like it?

All merchandise is sold AS-IS and is not returnable/refundable. Orders cannot be changed or canceled after they have been placed. Dime Store Vintage is a (very) small business and unfortunately can not make exceptions.

A detailed description of condition, measurements, and photos are provided for all items. If you are unsure about the fit, compare the measurements posted with those of a similar well-fitting garment from your own closet. Please feel free to reach out for additional measurements or info prior to purchase.

When buying vintage items, it’s important to know that pieces have been previously worn and cherished. This makes it unlikely that items will be in pristine condition.

All clothing has been cleaned and is ready to wear. Vintage items are 20+ years old with well-worn characteristics. Small marks, fading, wear, the occasional pin hole or loose thread, and other tell-tale signs of a previous life should be expected. Zoom to see detail. Additional photos available upon request. Colors may appear darker or lighter on some screens.
